My name is Magdalena Szczygielska, and for years I’ve been building my path in the world of lash and brow lamination with passion and precision. What started as simple curiosity and a fascination with natural beauty has grown into my work, my mission, and my way of life. Every stage of this journey has been shaped by determination, continuous growth, and a constant desire to raise the bar - for myself and for the entire industry.
I am the Head Instructor of InLei in Poland, an international speaker, championship judge, and a tester of the newest products and techniques - often long before they are officially released. I’ve had the honor of presenting my own approaches and techniques on stages around the world - from Europe to Australia. Each of these experiences gives me a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of how quickly our industry evolves and how important it is to always stay one step ahead.
I know lamination from many angles and cultures. I’ve learned from some of the best experts in the world, compared different techniques, analyzed ingredients, procedures, and results. This global perspective has allowed me to develop my own unique style of work - one that blends precision, safety, and spectacular results.
In my work, I live by a simple principle: true knowledge doesn’t end with a certificate - it begins the moment you start asking questions and testing solutions. That’s why I never stop learning, observing, and experimenting, so I can share with my students the most up-to-date, effective, and practice-based knowledge.
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of training hundreds of lash & brow artists - from beginners taking their first steps to experienced professionals who now help shape the industry themselves. But my greatest achievement isn’t the numbers - it’s the people. The stylists who believed in themselves and their talent.
Today, I look back with pride at how passion, determination, and a little courage can build something truly lasting. For me, lamination is not just a treatment - it’s a language of beauty, precision, and quality, one that I speak fluently and love teaching others to master.
